Brandon Tipton, Senior Director of Capture at General Dynamics

Brandon Tipton is a Senior Director of Capture with over 10 years of experience working in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense spaces. He specializes in Capture Management and Business Development, primarily of very large programs exceeding $250M. He spent 7 years working with Lockheed Martin in Business Development and Security. He also spent time as an FSO, and Recruiting Manager with two small businesses. His efforts have primarily been focused on the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) and US CYBERCOMMAND but he has also led efforts with other intelligence community partners, Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), US Air Force, and International partners.

In his current role at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) / Praxis, Brandon Tipton is responsible for Capture of MPO and US CYBERCOMMAND programs.

Brandon is particularly interested in Collections, Analytics, Offensive Cyber, Defensive Cyber, and High-Performance Computing programs. He has a passion for industry engagement through small business partnerships and work with organizations like Fort Meade Alliance (FMA), and AFCEA.

In his free time he enjoys hiking, playing video games, and getting tattoos.

Andrew Price is a senior operations leader with over 20 years of
experience spanning technical execution and enterprise operations,
including more than 15 years supporting business development,
capture, and program delivery within the DoD and Intelligence
Community.


In his current role, he oversees and directs company operations across program execution, business development, and core business
functions, helping align long-term strategy with tactical execution to
drive organizational growth. Andrew has extensive experience
navigating complex acquisition environments and supporting
mission-focused efforts, particularly those aligned with MPO
priorities.

 

Known for fostering strong collaboration across both small and large
business communities, Andrew specializes in building the
transparent, effective partnerships required to deliver in high-stakes,
mission-driven environments. He is deeply committed to engaging on issues critical to the community and facilitating the cross-industry
communication necessary to solve the complex challenges of doing
business in this rapidly evolving contracting landscape.
