Jason Barbour
President and Founder, Erias Ventures

Jason Barbour is the President and Founder of Erias Ventures, a government contractor focused on data science, software engineering, and system engineering, the Founder of Data Works MD, an organization focused on data science education and learning, and one of the founders of the DAX data conference. With a drive for success and a passion for technology, he has developed big-data analytics, enterprise automation products, and operational cyber tools for a number of customers and organizations. In his work with Data Works MD and DAX, he has built a community of enthusiasts working together to share and learn about the wonders and science of working with data. With Erias, he is building a team of high-caliber engineers that are bringing innovative ideas to the government.

Jennifer Walker 
President/CEO and Co-Founder, Resolute Technologies

Ms. Jennifer Walker is the President/CEO and Co-Founder of Resolute Technologies, a Woman Owned Small Business that provides innovative engineering solutions for the United States Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. In February of 2023, Ms. Walker sold Resolute to Arlington Capital Partners and became one of the founding companies to their newest platform- Eqlipse Technologies. Eqlipse provides discriminating products and high-end engineering solutions to ensure thier customers in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community succeed in their most critical missions. 

Prior to founding Resolute, Ms. Walker served for over a decade as the Chief Operating Officer for Pangia Technologies, a DoD and IC engineering service provider. Pangia was acquired by CACI in 2011, where Ms. Walker remained to lead the “Pangia Division” of CACI for two years until she left to start Resolute Technologies. Ms. Walker has an MBA with a focus in Technology Management and over 20 years of experience within the Intelligence Community. 
 

Marty Leshin
President/CEO, Varen Technologies

Mr. Leshin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron and a M.S.E.E from the University of Maryland, College Park. Mr Leshin has over 50 years of engineering and technical experience. Mr. Leshin started his career in 1975 as an Engineer at the Department of Defense.  Mr. Leshin then spent 26 years at Booz Allen Hamilton where he retired as a Partner. In 2005, he started Varen Technologies where he served as the President/CEO of Varen Technologies, Inc. until he sold in the company in 2021. Mr. Leshin served on the Engineering Management Advisory Board for the Department of Engineering and Computer Science at UMBC, the board of the Maryland STEM Festival and served on the AFCEA CMD Executive Committee, the Board of Directors and the Scholarship Committee. Mr. Leshin’s expertise is in software and systems services focused on providing solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense.

 

Leslie Steele
Co-founder and CEO, InterImage, Inc. 

Leslie Steele is co-founder and CEO of InterImage, Inc., an information technology services provider focused on application modernization and sustainment.  With over 30 years of experience in IT, Ms. Steele has focused on program and financial management, mentoring and the impact of technology on business processes.  Under her executive leadership, InterImage has achieved growth, recognition and success. A Fed 100 awardee, Ms. Steele has served in an advisory capacity to both private and public sector institutions, including serving as Chair of the Industry Advisory Council and President of AFCEA Bethesda Chapter. Her work has included conducting Business Process Re-engineering efforts; leading systems analysis, requirements and user testing efforts for enterprise systems; managing large e-gov development efforts; and providing general management and strategic direction assistance to companies and federal government agencies. Ms. Steele has a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University.
