After Hours with AFCEA Small Business Discussion
So, you want to form a JV . . . now what?
In light of the growing popularity of joint ventures being formed for pursuit of various acquisitions, there have been great events and discussions around the high-level objectives and considerations to make when considering forming a JV. The goal of this event is to pick up where those discussions leave off, after you've decided you want to form a JV, and dive down into actionable guidance for what's needed to form, bid, and operate as part of a JV, with special emphasis on considerations for small business. We have brought together industry experts to discuss specifics related topics like: types of documentation that needs to be produced and developed, how to register in various systems like SAM and the ARC, what other services related to things like banking and insurance are required, and the additional wisdom gained from going through these processes that can help avoid pitfalls, or realize benefits that can be gained through a little additional planning and preparation. Our goal is to equip you with the practical knowledge and tools to navigate the intricacies of successful JV formation and operation.
