Michael Barbino, MPO - B3

Maryland Procurement Office, Contracting Officer

Mr. Barbino has been with the Maryland Procurement Office since 2005. He became an Unlimited Contracting Officer in 2009 and has served in multiple roles and supported many most of the organizations since that time. Mr. Barbino accepted a Joint Duty Assignment with the Acquisition and Procurement groups at ODNI in 2017 and was most recently the Office Chief supporting Enterprise IT, Capabilities Integration and Planning and Network Security.

Business Development Director

Dzu Do serves as the Business Development Director at Rampart Communications, establishing and managing relationships with Customers and Industry Partners. Before joining Rampart in 2021, Mr. Do served as Project Manager and Program Manager for several government contractors, supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) since 2011. Most recently he served as a Program Manager for Next Century, a wholly owned subsidiary of CACI, supporting engineering teams  to develop software solutions for the US Coast Guard, AFSOC, DARPA, and IC Customers. Mr. Do is a Maryland native and holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
