Connor DuBois, Co-Founder and President, Pointer Technologies 

Connor DuBois holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, where he was also an NCAA Division II lacrosse student-athlete. Connor has supported mission critical work across multiple directorates including Capabilities, CSD, and Operations. He previously served as President of the AFCEA Central Maryland Emerging Leaders in 2024, earning the AFCEA International Distinguished Young Professional Award, and currently serves as Vice President of Events for AFCEA Central Maryland. Connor is the co-founder and President of Pointer Technologies, where he focuses on building a company rooted in employee ownership and delivering software engineering capabilities to operational mission spaces at MPO.
