His career is defined by delivering critical IT support in austere environments for DISA and the U.S. Army, including the (2004) CPA/CSO in Baghdad—where he received a Service Citation from Amb. L. Paul Bremer III—and the MRAP repair depot in Kuwait (2009-2011), where he led the IT services team.
