UMBC Training Centers and AFCEA Central Maryland Emerging Leaders are teaming up to provide the Emerging Leaders community a pair of AI workshops at no cost to the Emerging Leaders community. The first is a condensed 2-hour version of UMBC Training Center’s AI for Leaders workshop, which equips leaders with the knowledge and skills to navigate AI adoption within their organization to improve productivity and performance, establish proper AI governance and risk management processes, and lead AI strategy and change management.

This course is for anyone with a passion for innovation, transformation, and leadership – no AI background is necessary!
