Diane Dunshee
Principal, Dunshee Consulting LLC

Diane Dunshee retired from the Federal Government in 2025 with over 38 years of government acquisition experience.  Her last assignment prior to retirement was as the Director of Business Management & Acquisition (BM&A) and the Senior Acquisition Executive (SAE) at the National Security Agency where she was responsible for all procurements, from physical fences to complex industry-leading systems, acquired as part of major acquisition programs.  In 2016 and 2022, she was recognized with the prestigious Presidential Rank Award.  Currently Diane is the principal of Dunshee Consulting LLC.

Founder and CEO of Vincia Consulting 

Virginia Snakenberg is the Founder and CEO of Vincia Consulting, a GovCon advisory providing strategic business, acquisition, and proposal support services to the Government and the Defense Industrial Base. Virginia has provided cost and pricing consultation to a 100+ clients resulting in more than $20B in contract wins.  To provide the best advisement to her clients, she obsessively follows all the acquisition regulation changes and agency-specific solicitation and award trends.

President and CEO of KruTech, LLC

Catherine Kruder is the President and CEO of KruTech, LLC, a woman-owned small business providing mission-focused software systems engineering and architecture, specializing in scalable hybrid-cloud and multi-network environments, full-stack development, data engineering, graph modeling, and DevSecOps. With over 14 years of program and project management experience within the Intelligence Community as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Catherine leads with a blend of technical rigor and empathetic leadership. She applies her extensive IC background to mentor her team, champion employee growth, and foster enduring customer partnerships built on trust, integrity, and shared purpose. As a member of the AFCEA of Central Maryland's Emerging Leaders board, Catherine leads the Ambassador Program and is passionate about developing the next generation of national security professionals through student outreach, campus engagement, and mentorship.
