Shana Cosgrove, CEO Nyla Technologies

Shana Cosgrove is founder, owner, and CEO of Nyla Technology Solutions, Inc., (“Nyla”) a HUBZone-certified, 8(a) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) founded in Baltimore City, Maryland in 2013 that provides mission-focused software systems development services to the United States Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Cosgrove - a principal engineer, enterprise architect, and product strategist - combines over 20 years of experience in the computer science and systems engineering fields with a creative, proactive, and focused approach to projects that address all aspects of the software systems lifecycle. She brings a strong understanding of a broad range of technologies and techniques used to develop software-intensive systems. In addition to her work with Nyla, Shana produces and hosts a distinguished podcast titled, Outspoken, where she and noteworthy guests “dive deep into the topics and intersection of technology, money, business, and passion.”
