Small Business Speaker
Nick Sterba is the founder and CEO of Sterba Cyber Solutions, LLC, a cleared Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business headquartered in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He brings roughly fifteen years across U.S. Army service and defense contracting, with hands-on work in exploitation analysis, cyber instruction, intrusion detection, and penetration testing. He holds a CISSP and a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph. Since founding SCS in 2024, Nick has carried the company from initial registration through its Facility Clearance and into its first staffable subcontract work.
