Mr. Steve Wallace | DISA | CTO, Director, Emerging Technology Directorate

Stephen Wallace is chief technology officer of the Defense Information Systems Agency. He also serves as the director of DISA’s Emerging Technology Directorate. Wallace focuses on delivering innovative processes, services and capabilities across the agency. The EM Directorate develops, executes, prioritizes and collaborates EM-based needs, such as browser isolation, software-defined networking and assured identity. Previously, Wallace served as the technical director of DISA’s Development and Business Center. In this role, he worked on integrating commercial and government-owned technologies in support of the agency’s emerging technologies. Wallace’s other former roles within DISA include chief of cyber innovation and chief engineer for Department of Defense Enterprise Email. Prior to joining DISA, Wallace was a government contractor for Computer Sciences Corporation. During this time, he worked to build a variety of enterprise class collaboration, identity management and authentication systems for the federal government. Wallace has a Master of Science in cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Science in telecommunications, both from Capitol College. He holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification and is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Program.

Anthony Eldredge | Director of Strategic Initiatives

MultiLingual Solutions, Inc.

Anthony Eldredge is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at MultiLingual Solutions, Inc., a certified woman-owned small business focused on the language, intelligence analysis, and training industries. He has 38+ years of experience in the language, analysis, and training community. After retiring honorably after 20 years in the military as a SIGINT Korean Linguist, Anthony worked in various operational, management, and business development roles supporting the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other federal and commercial customers. Anthony spent over 14 years with CACI developing and managing language programs before leaving CACI to assume a director’s role at SOS International and later Vice President of Operations at a small company before assuming his current role last year. Anthony holds a BA in Asian studies with a minor in the Korean language, adjunct faculty membership for the National Cryptologic School, and certifications as Master Trainer for the US Air Force and Senior Trainer for the US Army. He is a graduate of both the Beginning and Intermediate Korean Language Courses at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in Monterey, CA. Honors include Defense Meritorious Service, Meritorious Service, and Army Commendation medals.
