Kathy Zuback

Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA)

Ms. Zuback is the director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) for the National Security Agency (NSA). Most recently, Ms. Zuback served as director of the Business Management & Acquisition Directorate. For four years, she also served as NSA’s senior acquisition executive and as NSA’s chief financial manager. Immediately preceding, she led the Agency’s Strategy and Corporate Budget development and execution organization.

Damian Terry

DISA

Deputy Chief of Staff

Damien Terry is the Defense Information Systems Agency’s deputy chief of staff. He helps lead the Office of Chief of Staff, ensuring that priorities, programs and projects are aligned with the agency’s strategic plan. Damien previously served as DISA’s first chief diversity officer. In that role, he advocated diversity and inclusion strategies and goals in compliance with the agency’s core values and mission. He conducted research on policies, procedures and programs to identify gaps and remove barriers to attracting, supporting, developing and engaging a diverse and highly capable workforce.

Colonel Kenneth "Shake" Carmichael

USCYBERCOM

Chief Information Officer

Colonel Carmichael is currently the Director of C4 services and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of USCYBERCOM. Previously to his current position, he worked as the Senior Executive Officer for the CIO of the Department of the Air Force. Before he was handpicked to advise the CIO, he was the lead cyber planner and programmer for the Air Force's Cyberspace/IT Warfare portfolio.

Michael Tillman is AFCEA Central Maryland’s VP of Diversity and Community Outreach. For Northrop Grumman, Michael is the Department Manager of Information Warfare & Cyber Non-Kinetic Operations (CNKO) in the Cyber & Information Solutions Business Unit. Michael has 20 years of experience with Northrop Grumman in the arena of Cyber Operations, and is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Demetrius Goodwin

Executive Director of NPower

Demetrius Goodwin is Executive Director of NPower Maryland Region. He and his team were responsible for the IT training, certification and technology job opportunities of over 600 trainees.  Prior to NPower, his experience includes over 12 years of government contractor staffing, recruitment, account management and business development. Demetrius is also a Veteran of the U.S. Army Signal Corps.
