Lt Gen Robert J. Skinner is the Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency and the Commander of the Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network. As Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency, Lt. Gen. Skinner manages a global network and leads nearly 19,000 service members, civilians and contractors who plan, develop, deliver and operate joint, interoperable command and control capabilities and defend an enterprise infrastructure in more than 42 countries. This mission directly supports the President, Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, combatant commanders, U.S. Department of Defense components, and other mission partners across the spectrum of, competition, combat and combat support operations. As Commander of Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network, he is charged with leading unified action across DoD to secure, operate and defend the DoDIN. He leads the establishment of DoDIN priorities and directs threat-informed actions through formal planning and future operational initiatives, as well as the command and control of daily unified network operations, cyber security actions and defensive operations on the DoDIN.
He was commissioned through Officer Training School (second honor graduate) in 1989. He has served in various tactical and fixed communications assignments, plans, policy and resource staff work. He has commanded at the squadron, group, wing and Numbered Air Force (NAF) levels and served on the staffs at a NAF, major command headquarters, Headquarters Air Force and the Joint Staff. Prior to assuming his current position, he was the director of Command, Control, Communications and Cyber at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command on Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science (summa cum laude) from Park College in Parkville, Missouri, and a master’s degree in computer science with honors from Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
His awards and decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal with oak leaf cluster, Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters, Navy Commendation Medal and Air Force Achievement Medal with oak leaf cluster.

Sergeant Major Daniel L. Krause assumed his current post as Command Senior Enlisted Advisor at Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN) on 30 June 2022.  A native of Greeley, Colorado, he attended Recruit Training at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California in June 1994.  
 
Throughout his career Sergeant Major Krause has been assigned numerous duties to include: 3513, Vehicle Body Repairman; 3521, Organizational Motor Transport Mechanic; Motor Transport Section Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC), Combat Service Support Detachment-36, Iwakuni, Japan;  Motor Transport Mechanic Section NCOIC and Platoon Sergeant, First Service Support Group, Camp Pendleton, CA; Drill Instructor, Senior Drill Instructor, Chief Drill Instructor, and Battalion Drill Master, Marine Corp Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA; Staff NCOIC (SNCOIC) and Company Gunnery Sergeant, 3rd Transportation Support Battalion, Okinawa, Japan; SNCOIC and Company Gunnery Sergeant, Combat Logistic Battalion-1, Camp Pendleton; Company First Sergeant, Company A, Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry-West;  Company First Sergeant, 3rd Battalion 7th Marine Regiment; Company First Sergeant, Alpha Company, Wounded Warrior Battalion-West; Company First Sergeant, Headquarters and Service Company, Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division; Battalion Sergeant Major, 1st Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment; Battalion Sergeant Major, 1st Combat Engineer Battalion; Sergeant Major of The Basic School, Quantico, VA; Sergeant Major, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, Sergeant Major of the 2d Marine Division.
 
Sergeant Major Krause has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 5-7, as Platoon Commander, Security Team Leader, Combat Logistic Battalion-7, Jump Command Post Commander, and Explosive Ordinance Disposal, Security Commander for Combat Logistics Battalion-7, Regimental Combat Team-7; Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom twice with 3rd Battalion 7th Marines; Operation Enduring Freedom 13.2-14.1 with 1st Combat Engineer Battalion. 

Sergeant Major Krause's personal awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit (two Gold stars in lieu of third award), Bronze Star (Combat "V" Device and two Gold stars in lieu of third award), Purple Heart, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (four gold stars in lieu of fifth award), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and the Combat Action Ribbon.
