Wil Whiteman, Chief Growth Officer, Dynamic Data Solutions (D2S) 

Wil is a seasoned leader with a rich background in defense contracting, intelligence, and business development. After retiring from a distinguished U.S. Navy career in 2019 — rising from the enlisted ranks to Senior Officer with experience across SIGINT, electronic warfare, special warfare, and cyber operations — he transitioned into the government contracting world, bringing mission focus and strategic insight to industry.
 

In August 2025, he joined D2S, a woman-owned SDVOSB, where he now leads strategic growth and capture initiatives. D2S specializes in cyber operations, data science, security architecture, cybersecurity implementation and advisory services, and mission support — forging partnerships and delivering innovative solutions for Intelligence Community and Department of War clients.
 

Wil holds an MBA in Defense Acquisitions from the Naval Postgraduate School, a PMP certification, a chest full of medals, and one very cool dog.

Typhoon, Chief Canine Officer, Dynamic Data Solutions (D2S) 

Typhoon, a 4.5-year-old English Black Labrador, has proudly served as Wil’s loyal service dog since September 2022 and D2S’ beloved Chief Canine Officer since August 2025. Trained by the incredible team at Leashes of Valor in Fredericksburg, VA, Typhoon brings both heart and professionalism to every mission. Named after the USS TYPHOON (PC-5) — with littermates also honoring U.S. Navy ships — he’s known for quietly patrolling under conference tables, defusing tense meetings with a gentle nudge, and graciously accepting ear scratches from new friends. Typhoon embodies calm confidence, teamwork, and good humor, reminding everyone that sometimes the best leaders have four paws.
